How far in advance should I book my move?

We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance, especially if you are moving during the peak season (May through September) on a weekend or at the end of the month. However, give us a call even if you’re on a tight timeline. We’ll always do our best to fit you in!

How do you determine the cost of my move?

For local moves, we typically charge an hourly rate based on the number of movers and trucks required. For long-distance moves, the cost is usually based on the distance and the total loading and unloading times.

Are there items you cannot move?

Yes. For safety reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials, including: • Propane tanks and aerosol cans • Paint thinner and gasoline • Live plants (Technically we can move these but we cannot guarantee there safety)

What happens if it rains or snows on moving day?

The show must go on! Our teams come prepared with floor runners, plastic wrap, and moving blankets to keep your items and your home dry. In the event of extreme, unsafe weather (like a hurricane or blizzard), we will work with you to reschedule as quickly as possible.
